Beijing Juhe Power Engineering Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of China WindPower Group. It is active in the field of researching new energy sources, such as studying the feasibility of wind power and engineering design. It also provides consultation regarding investment, CDM project development, and international economic technological cooperation in addition to comprehensive consulting services for all aspects of the business. Concerning the engineering of wind farms, it can provide support and consulting services from the initial stages of development plans, to research and submission for approval, to the actual construction design, even continuing after the final evaluation process, offering a comprehensive consultation support system.

Comprehensive design is a high-tech enterprise in Beijing, and has passed the ISO international quality system certification. It has obtained a Class B engineering design qualification and a Class C designation for its new energy source project and engineering consultation. It has a wind resource evaluation and wind farm micro-sitting with more than 50 top professionals.

At this point, the company manages a total of 218 wind mast towers, draws up wind farm plans, wind resource assessments, with resource allocation reports and research reports of wind farms numbering up to the hundreds. It has also completed a number of wind farm construction designs and worked with Liaoning Energy Investment (Group) Co., Ltd., Beijing Junda Energy Investment Co., Ltd., Jilin Gongzhuling City Energy Agency, China Power Investment coal Xilinguole Baiyinhua Ltd., Shanxi Province Electric Power Survey & Design Institute, Henan Dengfeng Power Group and other units of wind resource assessment and other related services.
