Dr.Zhou Dadi
graduated from the Engineering Physics Department of Tsinghua University in 1970 and obtained a master degree in Environmental Engineering in 1982. He received an honorary Ph.D from the Geneva School of Diplomacy and International Relations in Switzerland in 2007. Dr. Zhou was the former Director-General of the Energy Research Institute of National Development and Reform Commission.
Dr. Wong Yau Kar,David
Ph.D in economics holder from University of Chicago. Dr. Wong has extensive experience in direct investments and corporate finance. Currently, he is the managing director of United Overseas Investments Limited and an independent non-executive director of Media China Corporation Limited. He is a council member of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors since 1999 and a vice-president of the Chinese Manufacturers Association of Hong Kong.
Mr. Yap Fat Suan
Master of Business Administration degree holder from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. He is a Chartered Accountant in England and Wales and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant in England and Wales and an Associate Member of Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Yap has over 16 years of experience in finance and accounting. He is also an independent non-executive director of DVN(holdings) Limited, a company listed on the Stock Exchange.
