Executive Director

    • Mr. Shunxing Liu
      Chairman and CEO of China WindPower Group Limited. Mr. Liu graduated from Tianjin University with a major in power generation, and acquired his Master’s degree at the Management School of Harbin Institute of Technology. Mr. Liu is a council member of China Energy Research Institute and a deputy director of the China Special Interest Committee of Thermoelectricity. He once worked in National Development and Reform Commission and was formerly the vice-president of China Energy Conservation Investment Corporation for eight years. He was in charge of and involved in the investment and constructions of several hundreds of energy saving projects such as wind power, thermoelectricity, solar energy and biomass energy power generation.

  • Mr. Ko Chun Shun, Johnson

    Executive Director, Vice Chairmen, Mr. Ko has more than 30 years of experience in international trade and investment. He is also the Chairman of DVN (Holdings) Limited and Varitronix International Limited. Both Companies are listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

  • Mr. Xun Wang

    Executive Director and Executive Vice President of China WindPower Group Limited. Mr. Wang is a bachelor degree holder of University of International Politics. Since 1999, Mr. Wang has committed into the development of wind power industry, and been appointed as a board member and CEO of wind power business of Farsighted Investment Group Company and Chairman of its Wind Power Department. He has served at several senior management positions in Hong Kong Golden Concord Holdings Limited, and responsible for wind power business.

  • Mr. Zhifeng Yang

    Executive Director and Vice President of China WindPower Group Limited. Certified with Master Degree of Finance, Renmin University of China, Mr. Yang has once served as General Manager of Asset management and Operation Department in China Energy Conservation Investment Company.He has served at several senior management positions in Hong Kong Gloden Concord Holdings Limited, and responsible for wind power business.

  • Ms. Jianhong Liu

    Executive Director and Vice President of China WindPower Group Limited. Certified with Master Degree of Law, Renmin University of China, Ms. Liu has served as Legal Principal for China Energy Conservation Investment Company, responsible for the legal affairs on assets management, asset restructuring, mergers and acquisitions for state-owned enterprises.

  • Mr. Weizhou Yu

    Executive Director and Vice president of China WindPower Group Limited. Mr. Yu holds a doctor degree of Engineering Management in Xi’an Institute of Technology. Mr. Yu once served as Vice Chief Engineer in Guohua Energy Investment Co.,Ltd., Shenhua Group, the Director of Market Superivision Department in State Power Regulatory Commission, Deputy Director of Investment Planning Department of Power Division of State Economic and Trade Commission. Mr. Yu has extensive experiences in development and management of power project.

  • Mr. Zhizhong Zhou

    Executive Director and Vice President of China WindPower Group Limited. Mr. Zhou holds a Master Degree from Nanjing University of Science and Technology. He had been the Vice Chief Engineer of Jiangsu Electric Bureau, former Chairman of Nanjing Power Supply Bureau, the General Manager of the First Electric Power Construction Company of Jiangsu Province and the Vice President of the Golden Concord Group. Mr. Zhou is a National Registered First-Class Construction Engineer and has over 20 years experience in power engineering.

  • Ms. Ko Wing Yan, Samantha

    Executive Director. Ms. Ko acquired her Master Degree of Finance in Imperial College London. Ms. Ko has served as a director of structured credit at Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corp (HSBC). Ms. Ko has also served in Morgan Stanley (Hong Kong) and JP Morgan (London), and has rich experience in the capital market.

  • Mr. Chan Kam Kwan, Jason

    Company Secretary. He graduated from the University of British Columbia degree with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Mr. Chan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountant and has more than 10 years of experience in accounting and corporate finance.
