Our company's subsidiary, a wind power construction company----- Jilin Xiehe Wind Power Construction Co. Ltd. ("Jilin Xiehe") has signed [Wind Power construction Agreement] with Longyuan Shenyang Wind Power Corporation ("Longyuan Shenyang"), pursuant to which Jilin Xiehe will contract a 99 MW wind power construction project in Maanshan , with a total consideration of around RMB27,000,000.
