August 8th , our Executive Vice President, Mr.Wang Xun as an Investor Representative attended the GW sized and the world's largest -- Gansu Jiuquan Wind Power Construction Ceremony. The director of National Development and Reform Commission Energy Bureau, Mr.Zhang Guobao and the Secretary of Gansu Provincial Committee of the CPC, Lu Hao started the button for the construction ceremony meaning the world's largest wind power project has started to build.

Jiuquan city owns abundant wind energy resources. According to the assessment, the amounts of developable wind energy resources have reached 4 GW, the phase one approved capacity has reached 3,800 MW, and our group will develop the phase one 200MW capacity. The current 330KV step-up switchyard of wind power station has started construction and the project will be in operation by the end of 2010.

After the ceremony, our executive director and executive vice president, Mr. Wang Xun as an investor representative also attended the forum to develop new energy sources, which is held by the National Development and Reform Commission Energy Bureau, State Grid Corporation and Gansu Province Government.
