CWP signed the CDM cooperation agreement with ESI for a total capacity of 247.5MW recently. The estimated annual emission reduction is 610,000 CERs. The projects under this agreement located in Inner-Mongolia Zhalute Banner and Zhangwu County in Liaoning Province.
